She looks so good in a black uniform...

Anyway, the point of this post is to let the universe know that I intend to own another. I don't know how I will pay for it, but that will make itself known when the time comes. Right now I am open to any possibility, but there are two points that I am unwilling to compromise: 1) it has to be a Cadillac and 2) it has to be 1984 or earlier. The reason for that is that 1984 was the last year that hearses were built on a commercial chassis. After that they were built on regular car frames.I do have preferences; I prefer that it be a running car, but I would consider a "fixer-upper" if it's not too far gone. I would prefer black, but it can be painted if its a different color. I prefer that the interior be unmolested, but if the rest of the car is exceptional, I might be willing to overlook it. Of the four major coachmakers; Superior, S&S, Miller-Meteor and Eureka, I prefer S&S, but I will consider any.
If anyone knows of any solid old funeral cars for sale, let me know.
